Invited to participate in the Applied Power Electronics Conference and Exposition (APEC) 2025 in the USA. Honored with the "China IC Design Award" for the outstanding GaN power module, the X3G65045HMB. Achieved a major breakthrough by penetrating the supply chains of multiple global tier-one brands across four key sectors, leading the global expansion of China's semiconductor industry.

Collaborated with Renesas to launch a 3KW DC/DC digital power solution based on the RA6T2 MCU, providing a comprehensive and user-friendly total solution for applications such as data centers, automotive DC/DC converters, and photovoltaic energy storage. Released a new 350W power module featuring 96% conversion efficiency, delivering an exceptional solution for high-power supply requirements.

Recorded a remarkable 265% year-over-year sales growth in H1, demonstrating strong momentum across multiple industries and all product lines. Developed high-performance 600W/1KW bi-directional inverter energy storage power modules, achieving an outstanding bi-directional conversion efficiency of up to 93.5%, showcasing superior energy utilization.

Invited to the "2025 Power Supply and EMC Technology Innovation Conference" and hosted a special training session on practical EMC design and rectification. Invited to participate in the "2025 CAS-ASA 3rd-Gen Semiconductor & New Energy Application Summit" hosted by TrendForce. Jointly exhibited with Renesas at the "Shenzhen International Electronics Convention & Exposition (ELEXCON)," where our collaborative solution attracted significant attention and a visit from Renesas China's senior marketing executives.
