What Is a SiC SBD (Silicon Carbide Schottky Diode)?
Silicon carbide (SiC) is a compound composed of carbon (C) and silicon (Si). Among its various crystal structures, 4H-SiC, a hexagonal polytype, offers key advantages such as high critical breakdown electric field and high thermal conductivity.
